Now AL-2000H hot filling machine is available now. The neck of bottle is crystallized to resistant high temperature. It is designed for hot filling bottles for some beverages. Please contact info@allrightmachinery.com for detail information and additional equipment.

 

Remarks:

 

  1. Specifications subject to change. Above table may not reflect the updated changes.
  2. *Maximum neck size of the container could be expand to 63mm on AL-2000C upon the customer's request.

  3. It is possible to make adjustment on the machine to be able to blow containers with neck size 1-2mm bigger than the numbers specified on the table above. Please talk to our sales person sales@allrightmachinery.com for details.
  4. Actual productivity of each model depends on the bottle design and volume as well as the machine and cooling condition. The actual capacity could be 5-10% higher than the numbers above as we prefer to use data quite conservatively.
  5. Chiller is for cooling the blowing mold. It shall be ordered separately. See Chiller

Toggle Clamping Design and Forged Mold Stand

Optimized trouble-free 5-Point double-toggle clamping device produces high clamping force and fast speed. Its simple structure is easy for normal operation and regular services. Forged mold stand enhances machine stability and seamless working.

 

Layered Heating and Heating Uniformity

Layered heating system with frequency converter and computer work together to provide PID control to the heating zones to keep temperature accuracy and uniformity. Heating zones are tailored for specific bottle designs on different models of machine. The ventilation blower with duct not only uniforms heating zones but also brings hot air to outdoor to improve working condition.

 

Operator Friendly Design

Self-diagnosis is programmed in MITSUBISHI Controller and its alarm system always keeps users informed through the operator friendly interface, the touch-on LCD monitor. All side protect covers are designed to be lifted upward during services or mold changing to avoid mess, save space and keep working site well organized.

 

PARKER, FESTO Valves

Brand valves at both high pressure and low pressure units guarantee machine reliable preformance. FESTO swing valve controls preform feed-in and bottle take-out.

 

Automatic Preform Scrambler

The automatic preform scrambler works well with the machine capacity thanks to the MITSUBISHI frequency converter which ensures to keep pace with machine cycle time consistently.
