AL series automatic stretch blow molding machine, also named automatic stretch blower, stretch blowing machine, is a super contribution to the PET bottle manufacturing industry. It's a typical two stage process of making PET bottles. This process is now the most recognized and widely accepted in the world for its efficiency and cost effective to both in PET container production and transportation. Our designers and assemblers are dedicated to make this stretch blowing machine as affordable, simple and yet reliable as possible so PET makers can operate it and keep it running constantly with very limited mechanical and plastic processing knowledge.

Toggle Clamping Design and Forged Mold Stand
Optimized trouble-free 5-Point double-toggle clamping device produces high clamping force and fast speed. Its simple structure is easy for normal operation and regular services. Forged mold stand enhances machine stability and seamless working.
Layered Heating and Heating Uniformity
Layered heating system with frequency converter and PLC work together to provide PID control to the heating zones to ensure temperature accuracy and uniformity. Heating zones are tailored for specific bottle designs on different models of machine. The ventilation blower with duct not only uniforms preform heating but also brings hot air to outdoor to improve working condition when it becomes necessary.
Operator Friendly Design
Self-diagnosis is programmed in MITSUBISHI Controller and its alarm system always keeps users informed through the operator friendly interface, the touch-on LCD monitor. All side protect covers are designed to be lifted upward when doing services or changing mold to avoid mess and save space so that the efficiency and well organized working site is always guarranteed.
Brand Name Components
Best quality parts assure best quality performance. Brand name components, such as SCHNEIDER contacts, frequency inverter, infrared thermo detector, circuit breaker, safety interlock switch, safety relay module, power supply and motor protector, SMC high pressure valve and high pressure muffler, FESTO low pressure valve, solenoid valve, swing valve and cylinder, OMRON proximity switch and limit switch. ... are applied on the automatic stretch blowing machine to enforce machine's reliablilty and sutainability. Automatic Preform Scrambler and Feeder
The automatic preform scrambler works well with the machine capacity thanks to the MITSUBISHI frequency converter which ensures to keep pace with machine cycle time consistently.
CE Norm
Taking safety as first priority, we stick to CE standard of wiring, safety devices / locks, protectors, warning signs, ... etc. with conformity to the European safety NORM. Please note machine comes with CE standard with extra cost.
