Chiller
During normal production, it is necessary to use chiller to cool down the preform mold, injection machine, and stretch blow molding machine and blowing mold to make sure the injection machine and stretch blow molding machine are in full capacity operation. Water cooled chiller is efficient in terms of cost. However air cooled chiller is more flexible to any working circumstances. The picture shown below is a water cooled chiller. Cooling fan is placed on the top part of the unit for the air cooled chiller.
Features:
- Precise temperature control +/- 1°C with compressor overload, pump overload, anti-freeze relay and high pressure/low pressure alarm protection;
- Scroll /semi-hermetic compressor yields high preformance with low noise;
- Thermo expansion bypass valve balances the load to match specific processing;
- Filter cleans and dries system to keep it dry and cleanness;
- High/low pressure gauges show system running pressure.
